• Guess The Width of The Belly - Pass around a roll of ribbon to all of your guests.  Ask your guests to guess the width of the mom-to-be's belly.  Cut their ribbon at their estimate.  After all guests have ribbon in their hands, one by one have them wrap their ribbon around the expectant  mother's belly.  Who ever comes the closest is the winner!
• Name That Jar - Gather approximately 8 jars of baby food.  Remove the labels.  Have your guests participate in a taste test and write down their answers.  After all jars have been tasted, reveal the answers.  Whoever had the most correct wins!
• Clothespin Game - Distribute three clothespins to each of your guests and have them attatch them to their shirt.  Choose a "DO NOT SAY" (Baby works best).  Whenever someone says "Baby" or whatever word chosen, another guest steals their clothespin and attaches it to their own shirt.  At the end of the shower, the guest with the most clothespins wins!
• Baby Bingo - Create bingo cards prior to the shower using baby-related words.  Examples are: baby, crib, bottle, pacifier, rattle, bib, etc.  Have each answer written on a piece of paper and placed into a hat or  basket.  Pull one at a time and reveal.  The first guest with BINGO is the winner!
• Dirty Diaper Game - Purchase various types of chocolate bars and a small package of diapers prior to the shower.  After your guests arrive, melt one chocolate bar in each diaper.  Pass around the "dirty" diapers and based soley upon looks and smells, have your guests guess what's in the diaper.  The guest with the most correct answers wins!  Chocolate bar suggestions are Hershey with Almonds, Baby Ruth, Milky Way, Three Musketeers, etc.
• Melt The Ice - A day or two prior to the baby shower freeze miniature plastic baby pins, bottles, or other accessory into ice cube trays.  As your guests arrive, pass out drinks with one frozen cube in each glass.  The first person to have their ice cube melt and their item freely floating at the top of their glass wins, but only after standing up and shouting "MY WATER BROKE".
