Mommy Measure - Pregnancy Recording Tool and Keepsake
Just as every child is unique and different, so is every pregnancy. As a mom to two children I can tell you that I carried COMPLETELY different with each...and both were girls! If you are a mother of two (or three or four) then you can relate to the fact that gender does not always play a role in how you carry. With my first daughter I looked as if I swalled a beach ball! I was ALL belly! With my second daugther, I looked as if I digested a hula hoop - I carried completely round!
When it comes to your second pregnancy, you try with all of your might to remember exactly how you're "measuring up" in comparision to your first pregnancy. Unfortunately, it's virtually impossible to remember every single milestone without having it written down somewhere. Sure, you can use a piece of ribbon or squares of toilet paper to mark your growing belly and pregnancy progress like Pam Neff, owner of Mommy Measure, did with her first pregnancy but unless you plan on saving that ribbon or toilet paper squares for a few years until you next pregnancy comes along then it's really not the greatest way to record things.
Many of us have been to a baby shower where the "Guess the size of the belly" game is played and each guest is handed a piece of ribbon or toilet paper, but how many of us expectant mothers actually kept that for a keepsake? My guess...barely any! So, then how do we keep track of each stage of our pregnancy in a more feasible way? Fortuantely for us, Pam Neff and her husband Kevin came up with an ingenious idea...one that every expectant mother should be made aware of.

The patent-pending Mommy Measure allows each mom-to-be to track her growing baby belly and document pregnancy milestones all in one place. It creates a unique timeline of your pregnancy journey, one that a new mom will forever cherish. Not only is Mommy Measure a wonderful way of recording your progress, it's also a great way to compare this pregnancy to your next. With Mommy Measure, you'll also be able to easily answer those "How far along where you when you...." questions of an expectant friend or family member.
So, how does it all work? Simply measure and log! With Mommy Measure you can measure your belly circumference on a bi-monthly or monthly basis as well as to track your fundal height each week. Mark each of your measurements with a heart sticker. Once you've placed your markings, the Mommy Measure's smooth surface allows hand written markes to be recorded directly below each measurement. You can easily record when you first heard your baby's heart beat, the first time you felt a kick or a nudge, the day you learned the gender of your baby, any food cravings, doctor appointments, ultrasounds, contractions, etc. All the while, you are creating a very special keepsake!! Believe it or not but it doesn't end there -- You can even use Mommy Measure to track the growth and development of your baby's first year of life! With Mommy Meausre, you will never forget the moments where it all started!!
