Swaddle Your Baby with Swaddle Buddies from Pea Wee Baby
I have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Tamara Earnest, owner of Pea Wee Baby LLC and creator of SwaddleBuddy™ series of swaddles and swaddle accessories. Like many mothers of infants, Tamara was faced with the continuous dilema of her baby being a swaddle houdini and needed an immediate solution as to how to keep her newborn from unswaddling herself to ensure a restful sleep for her child...and, well, let's face it...for herself as well! It was then that the SwaddleBuddy™ series was born. Since then, Tamara has made it her mission to educate other new mothers of Pea Wee Baby and the amazing swaddle alternatives.
The Original SwaddleBuddy™ is a swaddle accessory that can be used with any receiving blanket or swaddle. It wraps the baby's arms and is fastened at the back with hook and loop fabric. It's not meant to be used alone, but in combination with a swaddle or blanket. If you have a favorite swaddle or receiving blanket, but your baby breaks out of it, the Original SwaddleBuddy™ is the perfect solution!
SwaddleBuddy™ Suit SwaddleBuddy™ Sack
Swings and bouncy seats are invaluable in those early days. Swaddling a baby and placing in a swing or bouncy seat can be a lifesaver, but with traditional swaddles, there is a danger of the swaddle shifting upwards towards the face. The SwaddleBuddy™ Suit solves this problem. The suit is 2 pieces - an arm restraint and a wrap - that connect between the legs. It's fastened with hook and loop, so it has easy access for diaper changes and no trying to kick out of the leg pouch!
For those that want all the features of swaddling, including a leg pouch, the SwaddleBuddy™ Sack is for you. This looks like other ready made swaddles in that it has a leg pouch and it's all one piece, but it has the arm wrapping feature and it's open at the bottom with a zipper closure so diaper changes are a snap without having to un-swaddle and then re-swaddle.

I think these are wonderful! I ordered one last night for my SIL's new baby due in March!
I wish this had be available when my toddler was an infant!
